Frank 1cb248692b CONTROLLABLE 
Setting output of SetTask from self:I() to self:T(). AI_FORMATION class (used by RESCUEHELO) calls the function twice per second and is spamming the DCS log file with messages and causing large file I/O.

Cargo
Optimized the boarding and unboarding of cargo. fixed bug when in defence of APC, cargo would not be loaded. The boarding and unboarding has become much more stable now.
