0c5ccd2ace expose an environment variable (IPKG_UPGRADE) to the scripts executed during a package upgrade so that they can intelligently determine what to do inside the ipk

b40a6c7c52 The RB513 CF driver is now a module, enable it by default for the RB1xx profile.

3aade25a90 Add udev initilisation 
We have a udev package, but no means to start udev at boot.

This change adds the necessary startup in /init, and adds the required
/sbin/udevsettle to the udev installed files
