ecd7cc93fa kernel: allow hwmon GSC driver for all targets 
- enable using hwmon GSC driver on all targets
- add a kmod package for it

5b1af986f6 brcm47xx: do not load the kernel modules needed for Ethernet manually 
add the boot flag to make the kernel modules needed for Ethernet and 
diag load on startup.
