f18daccf95 save memory in ipkg while parsing package lists - there's no need to load the whole files into ram before parsing them

08d6217b42 massively reduce the number of forks that busybox ash has to do while processing our scripts 
this is accomplished simply by changing the order in which it looks for builtins and applets
