3a2b993813 Patch to add wait support to broadcom cpu's. This reduces the power consumption and heat generated on the wgt634u. Needs testing on other devices.

800a95817d Reorganize kernel configs - target/linux/*/config is now a directory. 
./config/default will replace the old config and config-diff (format is like 
config-diff, the full kernel config is no longer kept in the build system)
This commit removes all the kernel config stuff, the next one will add
the replacement - there's no way to do this atomically with svn.

8ec22d8247 Add initial version of the brcm-2.6 rewrite, 
called brcm47xx-2.6 to better distinguish it from 63xx.

Boots on WGT643U, includes ethernet support, but doesn't do much otherwise.
Thanks to Michael Buesch for his SSB (Sonics SiliconBackplane) work
and Vladdy for some fixes and porting to 2.6.19.
