Also drop the default network configuration of the TL-WR1043ND, because
the RTL8366RB switch is not yet supported by the rtl8366-smi driver.

Makefile

Add a target (CONFIG_MAKE_CONFIG) that creates an exportable toolchain. The toolchain will zipped and saved under $(TOPDIR)/bin directory.
