John Crispin d0852c356d lantiq: Fix ar8216 switch configuration for WBMR-HP-G300H devices ...

The switch is renamed to "switch0" in newer (3.10) linux kernels.
Configure the switch using vlans by default and only configure
the physical switch ports that are present.
