Jonas Gorski aa5c14cdf2 kernel: ocf: add missing dependency for hifn driver ...

The HIFN driver is a PCI driver, thus requires PCI support to be enabled
to compile. Therefore let it depend on PCI..

Should fix mvebu builds.
