Hauke Mehrtens ab08c44cc9 brcm47xx: use kernel 3.0 ...

As this target changes often these days it is hard to support more kernel versions. Now only kernel 3.0 is supported.

Makefile

Add a target (CONFIG_MAKE_CONFIG) that creates an exportable toolchain. The toolchain will zipped and saved under $(TOPDIR)/bin directory.
