This patch appears to be lost beetween 2.6.32 and 2.6.33.
    
Thank you Maddes for the patch.
    
This helps making orion work with kernel 2.6.34.
closes  #7377.

Makefile

Add a target (CONFIG_MAKE_CONFIG) that creates an exportable toolchain. The toolchain will zipped and saved under $(TOPDIR)/bin directory.
