Gabor Juhos 8f394d587a mac80211: add a bunch of rt2x00 specific changes ...

Backport some rt2x00 specific changes from
wireless-testing/master-2013-08-26 to add
support for RT3573 based devices.

Also refresh the rt2x00 specific patches.
