Hauke Mehrtens ee624d1ddf brcm47xx: config: set CONFIG_HZ=100 and CONFIG_IP_ROUTE_VERBOSE ...

This sets both values to the OpenWrt default values. There is no reason 
to use some brcm47xx specific values here.
