Handle map reset when the game is loaded/unloaded.
https://github.com/dcs-liberation/dcs_liberation/issues/2039 Partial fix for https://github.com/dcs-liberation/dcs_liberation/issues/2045 (now works in the new map, old one not fixed yet).
