ddd6063f25 Export current task priorities to aircraft yamls. 
Nothing fancy. Rank in reversed (so earliest items in the original list
have the highest index) list * 10 (to leave gaps for balancing).

2c859bf280 Rebalance aircraft prices. 
Main goal here is to make sure that warbirds don't cost more than early
jets, but this includes rebalancing of all aircraft.
