Move WW2 factions to WW2 transports. 
Only for those that require the WW2 asset pack. There don't appear to be any free WW2 transports.

Replace a bunch of escape sequences. 
Unify on using the real letter instead of an escape sequence for better
searchability/readability. There should be no functional change here (if
any, they should be bug fixes).
