1087069277 Fix F-14 SEAD/DEAD loadouts. 
The AI doesn't use mixed loadouts effectively (only the TALDs get used
and the flight returns home with a full bomb load):

This makes the SEAD loadout TALDs only and the DEAD loadout bombs only.
