Added or updated weapons files including
The various Hellfire II iterations - this covers fallbacks to rockets
for all 3 Apache variants, the Supercobra, and the Kiowa.
This also adds the 184 Long and 131 pods.
Lastly, this adds date and fallback information to the shrikes in
advance of the AGM-45B being added to the A-4E mod.

Remove pointless suffixes on banner files.
...
I think someone just copied this pattern from the icons where the suffix
represented the icon size. These are definitely not 24px banners, and
some of the suffixes are even wrong (_25).

WRL Missions Brought to 10.7 Standards

I have spent hours making the WRL missions up to 10.7 standards. CTLD zones added to the miz files. Squadron limits added to the yamls. Most importantly the descriptions are all up to date and similar. Might be some minor touch ups from here on out but that majority of it is ready to go. I also deleted up the coast, retiring that legacy campaign which was my first release. Originally designed for liberation.
