Dan Albert	85e7b1762d	Upgrade to Python 3.10. ... Shapely doesn't have a Windows wheel on pypi yet, but we can get them from https://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/#shapely. Dan Albert	2a75d14e0e	Revert upgrade to pyside6. ... This appears to be incompatible with pyinstaller.
