c5cc1ea8e8 Make the F/A-18C strike loadout less silly. 
Instead of 4xMk83 and 4xGBU-38, 2 bags and 2 GBU-31. ATFLIR added for
TOO/BDA.

9394ed663a Add runway bombing missions. 
This allows planning the missions and the missions are functional, but
they will have no effect on future turns yet.
