Subject: [PATCH] Adds J-11 flyable, Jeff and BS3 liveries

Adds J-11 to CJTF Blue. Enforces fictional USAF Aggressor livery for J-11, fictional US livery for Jeff, non-Russian 'neutral black' livery for BS3.
