25b93b5d6d Use unique callsigns for each flight (#3445) 
This PR partially addresses #1561 by automatically generating unique
callsigns for each flight.

88b4039e47 Clean up AircraftGenerator. 
This class does far too many things and the file is huge. Split it up
into a few more classes.
