I haven't removed the old US navy stuff from this faction, since all the new UK ships are frigates, and removing the US stuff would deprive the faction of cruisers and destroyers, which might break generation (I'm not familiar enough with the new system to say for sure). Fixes https://github.com/dcs-liberation/dcs_liberation/issues/2571.
