Fixed GetID bug
- Due to rework, the function GetID got "lost". Added it back.
- Also fixed the OBJECT class now owning the GetID() method.
- Derived methods IDENTIFIABLE and POSITIONABLE fixed.
- Fixed AIRBASE class
