3b7fdc0ac7 rename the patch to better match its purpose, 
add target optimization cflags,

9000a1d404 add my 2.6.15-rc5 port (yay) with devfs. The PCI subsystem is broken on Broadcom boards, we are working on it. Also upgrade iptables to 1.3.4
