### Ground unit recruitment
In the Ground Forces HQ menu you can recruit ground forces that will fight on the front line. On turn 0, you can recruit ground units at any friendly control point as turn 0 is considered a setup phase. After turn 0, ground units can only be recruited from control points that have a factory. You can recruit ground units at any control point, but they will be automatically recruited from the nearest control point with a factory and transported to that control point via convoy. A convoy will move one supply route segment per turn.

If you lose your factory (or factories if you have more than one), you will no longer be able to procure ground units for the rest of the campaign. Ground units are important, since they will fight on the front line to progress toward the nearby enemy bases and defend your airbase against enemy ground attacks. However, all is not lost if you lose the ability to recruit ground units (i.e. your factory is destroyed). You can still use air assault to capture control points.
