By default the HAWK is currently disabled due to bugs in 1.5 and has
been replaced by the KUB
You can also comment in the BUK system and build that

Drop Off zones now configured per coalition
Fixed smoke for Drop off zones

AI units will now load spawned troops FIRST from a pickup zone allowing
you to have AI transport a specific group
