I have spent hours making the WRL missions up to 10.7 standards. CTLD zones added to the miz files. Squadron limits added to the yamls. Most importantly the descriptions are all up to date and similar. Might be some minor touch ups from here on out but that majority of it is ready to go. I also deleted up the coast, retiring that legacy campaign which was my first release. Originally designed for liberation.

WRL Campaign Update Kutaisi2Vaziani
* WRL File Name Changes
I'm planning some full updates to the campaigns. I wanted an easier file structure to manage. File name changes only, tested prior to commit.
- Fixes ferry flights causing errors when "Nothing" is not available
- Logs a warning when a frontline stance is suddenly no longer available and uses defense stance as fallback which used to be the default. An investigation is still required to determine the cause of this...
Added banners for Swedish Military Assets Pack v1.10 and flipped the pre-existing icons horizontally to match the rest of the ground vehicle icons. Source images for the banners made by Currenthill, used here with his explicit permission.
This does show the theoretical parking use of full squadrons even when
the new rules are not enabled. Since limits can be enabled manually
later in the game, it's still useful information, even if it's a bit
misleading.

Not sure why, but some polygons become invalid (which usually means a
self-intersecting "polygon", such as two triangles that meet at a point)
during this transformation. Shapely includes a tool to reshape polygons
into validity, so use that.
This PR adds utility functions that import/export landmap files to .miz
polygons. In addition to the unit test, this PR has been tested by
writing the Caucuses & Syria landmaps to a .miz file, loading the
generated .miz file back in and checking that the loaded landmap object
is identical to the original files.
