1338c4d9ac In Moose_CTLD.lua within Build Here flow:
If BuildRequiresGroundCrates is true and the helo has loaded crates, the script now shows:
“Insufficient ground crates to build here. You have X loaded crate(s) onboard — drop them first (F10 -> Drop Loaded Crates).”
Otherwise it falls back to the generic:
“Insufficient crates to build any asset here.”

853a3114ee Fixed the syntax error in ZONE_CONFIG.BLUE (missing comma).
Added centralized color config ZONE_COLORS and helper GetZoneColor.
Replaced all hard-coded color draws with ZONE_COLORS/GetZoneColor:
OnEnterGuarded, OnEnterEmpty, OnEnterAttacked, OnEnterCaptured.
ZoneColorVerification (periodic).
RefreshAllZoneColors (manual).
Hardened scanners with nil/pcall guards:
GetZoneForceStrengths now checks ZoneCapture and safely gets the zone.
CreateTacticalInfoMarker now pcall-guards zone access and avoids nils.
Made tactical text coalition-specific:
BLUE sees RED TGTS (<=10 units).
RED sees BLUE TGTS (<=10 units).
Both markers include the same force summary, but TGTS is tailored per viewer coalition.

Harden GetZoneForceStrengths and CreateTacticalInfoMarker with nil/pcall guards.

4b18037c32 Automatically detect when bases are captured
Stop dispatching cargo to captured bases
Stop using captured squadrons for intercepts
Display clear status information to players showing which bases are operational vs captured
Treat base capture as normal mission state, not an error condition
